Svitlana Stadnyk is skilled certified by M.I.K.K. cross-border family mediator. She has over 350 hours of training in mediation, family mediation and working with children in mediation. Svitlana has successfully mediated cross-border family conflicts. Helping to resolve family disputes is a part of Svitlana's everyday practice. As a mediator, I know that even in high conflict international family dispute there is a solution that would consider the needs of the child and meet the interests of both parents. Having lived in several cultures, I understand what it takes to have efficient cross-cultural communication. Serving as a mediator for families with different cultural backgrounds, I help to hold difficult conversations, reduce conflicts, and improve collaboration.
