| I am a certified business mediator, family mediator, and co-founder of DecisionLab, Mediation Agency. I also serve as business-mediator in the mediation panels of the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the World Intellectual Property Organization. I have been practicing law since 1997, mainly at the leading Ukrainian and international law firms such as Vasil Kisil & Partners, DLA Piper Global Law Firm, and Squire Patton Boggs. I have considerable experience in cross-border transactions. The main areas in which I am an expert are M&A, establishment of business presence, ownership and management of companies, business restructuring. As a lawyer, I provided full legal support in multimillion-dollar M&A, private equity, debt financing transactions (pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food industry, banking, telecommunications, gas stations chain, etc.), and also advised clients on various types of legal issues, including company management, contracts, real estate, and employment matters.
